As per yogic scriptures the practice of YOGA leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness , indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body , man and nature .

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength , flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing . The main components of Yoga are postures and breathing . some yoga poses to do everyday are:

Exercise is a physical activity for conditioning the body , improving health , and maintaining fitness . Exercise is something done or performed as a means of practice or training . some exercises which can be performed daily are :
